Meditation is an old monk technique to conquer the mind.From time immemorial it has been looked upon as a tool to reclaim the inner self.In Modern times with monotonous and stressfull schedule,we often forget to check our inner self,thus a calm mind has to be our best retreat from the chaotic worklife.We must devote at least 15 minutes per day to train our mind to deal with the rest of the day.Medidation builds concentraion and improves focus and also it boosts our decision making process.A calm mind is just like a piece of white paper where you can draw your own self the way you want.
